Nils Dunkel in Berlin Masters 2019

Berlin, July 15, 2019—The Berlin Masters Foundation announced today the ten artists selected as the finalists who will show 1 to 4 artworks in the BERLIN MASTERS exhibition in October 2019. The names are:

Nils Dunkel (*1990, Germany)
Jane Garbert (*1988, Germany)
Aneta Kajzer (*1989, Poland)
Bianca Kennedy (*1989, Germany)
Zac Langdon-Pole (*1988, New Zealand)
Annkathrin Kluss (*1991, Germany)
Lukas Liese (*1991, Germany)
Sophie Schweighart (*1991, Germany)

Berlin Masters hosted an Open Call in May where over 80 Berlin based artists under the age of 30 years of age presented their works to the Berlin Masters curator Philipp Bollmann and members of the board. “We were overwhelmed by the amount and calibre of applicants for this year’s Open Call. The Berlin Masters Foundation and it’s Advisory Board see this as a confirmation of the importance of Berlin Masters as a talent show, support and networking platform for the next generation of artists working and living in Berlin. We are delighted to share the 10 finalists who will show their artworks in the BERLIN MASTERS exhibition in October 2019,“ said Matthias Arndt, Chairman of the Berlin Masters Foundation.
